This was for a class assignment to design two characters from Chroniciles of Narnia. Since I only read A Horse and His Boy I ended up doing Shasta and Bree.

Wow...incredible coloring job and I really like Bree's facial expression. I know that the books are deeply immersed in Christianity and each book is supposed to be a metaphor ("The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe" obviously parallels the crufixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ with Edmund as Judas Iscariot and I have a hunch that "The Last Battle" alludes to false prophets before the apocalypse), but I never understood what "The Horse and his Boy" meant or any of the others. I'm just worried about the movie since Tilda Swinton will be playing the White Witch, who played the beautiful archangel Gabriel :floating: in "Constantine," and I'm afraid that she doesn't look scary or evil enough. I would probably cast someone like Cher or Barbera Steisand, but that's just me. Great picture, though.
